Sheet Metal — Precision Metal Forming

Sheet metal fabrication transforms flat metal sheets into finished parts through cutting, bending, folding, roll forming, welding, and riveting. Unlike castings, forgings, or machined parts, the material thickness remains constant throughout. Sheet metal parts are widely used in enclosures, brackets, chassis, panels, and structural components across electronics, telecom, automotive, and industrial equipment.

▶ Vacuum Casting

Vacuum Casting

Vacuum casting is a cost-effective alternative to injection molding for small-batch plastic parts. A silicone rubber mold made from a CNC or SLA master pattern faithfully reproduces every structural detail and surface texture. Each silicone mold produces 10–15 copies, ideal for prototyping, sampling, and bridge production.

Materials

Polyurethane resins from Japan's Hei-Cast and France's Axson — simulating ABS, PMMA, PC, PP, PA, silicone, TPU. Options: transparent, colored, soft rubber to rigid plastic, high-temp (120°C), UL94-V0, glass-filled.

🔬 Three Key Steps
Step 1Master Pattern

We machine or 3D print (SLA/SLS) your CAD drawing into the initial master pattern. After post-processing for structure, fit, and surface finish, it is ready for mold making.

Step 2Silicone Mold Making

The master is suspended in a box, silicone is poured over it and vacuum-degassed. Cured at 40°C for 8–16 hours. Once cured, the master is removed, leaving the cavity ready for casting.

Step 3Part Replication

Resin is poured into the mold inside a vacuum chamber, then cured in an oven. Small parts: 1–3 hours; large parts: 3–6 hours. After curing, the part is removed. Repeat the cycle.
