CNC Machining Tolerances

General tolerances follow ISO 2768 (medium) for plastics and ISO 2768 (fine) for metals. CNC tolerances within ±0.005″ (±0.125mm) to ±0.002″ (±0.05mm). Tighter tolerances require a 2D drawing.

Precision Grinding & Polishing

We deliver exceptional surface quality on both metal and plastic parts through precision grinding and polishing processes. From rough stock removal to mirror finishes, our techniques eliminate tool marks, improve dimensional accuracy, and achieve surface roughness below Ra 0.1μm — ideal for sealing surfaces, optical components, and high-performance mating parts.

Electroplating & Surface Coating

Our electroplating line supports chrome, nickel, zinc, gold, and custom alloy coatings to enhance corrosion resistance, wear performance, and electrical conductivity. Strict process control ensures uniform deposition thickness, strong adhesion, and compliance with aerospace and automotive electronics standards.

Anodizing (Type II & Type III)

We offer standard sulfuric anodizing (Type II) and hardcoat anodizing (Type III) for aluminum alloys. The anodic layer significantly improves surface hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion protection, while our dyeing capabilities provide a wide range of color options for both functional and aesthetic requirements.
